Return and Cancellation Policy

Returns of original and unused merchandise are accepted within 7 days of receipt of your order for store credit or a refund with a 20% restocking fee. Please make sure that items are insured and well packed on their way back to us. If an item is not received in good and unused condition, a restocking fee may apply.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and exchanges will incur additional shipping charges. *All returns must be approved in advance by Son of Rand.

*Returns may also be made in person at our headquarters The Commune within 7 days of shipping order date. Please email studio@sonofrand.com to schedule drop-off.

Order cancellations can be made within 48 hours of purchase if the order has not been shipped. Please contact studio@sonofrand.com

If your items appear damaged upon arrival, please take photos of the items, packing materials, and box and forward to studio@sonofrand.com. Please hold onto all shipping materials in compliance with any investigation our customer service team may conduct.

Shipping Policy

Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted in the product description. We are currently only offering shipping to the continental U.S. with plans to eventually expand operations internationally.

Shipping costs may either be flat rate or calculated based on the height, weight, and dimensions of your order. Free In-Store pickup is also listed as an option during checkout and is encouraged for residents of Austin, Texas.

We accept all major payment methods including:

VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, PAYPAL, AND AFTERPAY.
